Sorry I Cant This Was Recorded On Yhose Old Reel To Reel Systems From Egyptian Radio In The 60s I Dont Have The Software To Do This

thank you brother mohammed for the response i have the old reel to reel machine and i use a cable to the input of my pc and use real player to convert to mp3 but to clear the background noise and to make it clear i dont have any software to do that
