Hello , My brothers

i'm a computer technician. i'm a computer programmer. i have create a software for my needs. i use it for marking different parts of a sound file. for learning maqamat it is usefull for me. now i want to know , my other brothers have need to it ? do you see any other software like that ? with a lot of thank's for your replys

my problem i need a program to open a sound formates called COD
I tried most of the software ,but none of them workded
